
The Weekend Warrior Boot Camp is a challenging co-ed fun, and effective fitness program designed to deliver a maximum total body challenge. The class structure is suitable for people of various fitness levels; beginner or advanced. We combine activities such as: running, push-ups, agility training, resistance exercises, abs, squats, lunges, and typical boot camp drills. This is a non-competitive group environment that's about meeting good people, getting an early morning Sunday workout and throwing something different to your current regular workout routine.
We meet on Sundays 8am at various locations.
