We know that eating better and regular exercise can improve our quality of life and for some, this can be a huge challenge. This is where my services as a fitness trainer and group fitness instructor can help with your journey to a better and healthier you. Meeting one on one or for a group training can add fun, accountability, safety, motivation, and effectiveness to your exercise program. My sessions will take the guesswork out from your usual routine as I guide, motivate, and monitor you through your workout. I work with various clientele with different fitness levels, backgrounds, and ages. Before getting started, you will go through a full fitness assessment as well as a complimentary training session so I can better understand your present health status, your short and long term goals, health restrictions, strength levels, and cardiovascular fitness.
